Shop Policies

Refunds:

There are absolutely no refunds on preorders. 
All sales are final UNLESS there is an issue with the product (i.e. sent wrong grading, missing items), refunds requests are reviewed individually and I will always be open to discussion on the matter. If I grant a refund, the item will have to be sent back for a refund. Refunds will only be for the cost of the items purchased - I do not refund shipping.

You must contact me via email at nadiaspinpatch@gmail.com within two weeks after your package has been marked received/marked as delivered by tracking. After the two week limit you will not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

I cannot promise that pins will get replaced, especially if it is an LE pin, however I will attempt to ONLY if a wrong grade is received or the pin obtained is heavily flawed and not aligned with the grading description of the sale post. 

Replacements must be approved and the original item sent must be returned BEFORE a replacement is shipped out. If a replacement is requested shipping back to the shop must be paid by the requestor and must be tracked. You will have one week to ship out the received item after the replacement has been approved or your request will be voided. 

Purchase Amounts:

Unless stated within the sale post you are able to purchase as many pins as you would like. Commitment Groups have their own rules although they will likely be one pin per person.

Trading/Selling:

Limited edition pins are not allowed to be sold until after 2 months of having it in your possession. Trades are fine, however, please avoid purchasing limited edition pins in presale only to trade them - instead please take your chances for in hands and give the opportunity to someone who would like them for their collections. Trading preorders is not something I will enforce, you're free to do what you would like with your purchase but all I ask is to be mindful. I will not share sale posts for LE pins that are still available in my shop - if I do end up sharing I will be sure to mention how it is available directly from me as well.

Pin Grading: 

Pins are handmade and therefore not perfect, however, I will always try my best to provide products that are of good quality. I do not grade the look of the back of pins but I will try to make sure it looks okay. Any grade could have a slightly 'wobbly' post - I won't ever send a pin with a post that isn't secure or is likely to fall off. 

I will be following an 'A' 'B' 'C' etc. format. 
A = standard grade - no noticeable flaws, but could possibly include light scuffs/scratches, slight enamel under fill/dips. 

B = Anything listed in the 'A' grading - possible flaws of dust or dots in enamel or more noticeable or multiple different kinds of minor flaws. Will still be considered as not taking away from the overall beauty of the pin. These flaws might sound concerning but likely since it is a 'b-grade' they shouldn't be noticeable from arms length. 

C = Anything listed in both 'A' and 'B' - large or multiple dots/scratches in enamel, flaws that are noticeable from arms length. These are still worthy of a home 🥺 

Anything less than this will either not be sold or will have special prices. It all depends on the quantity of pins I have for it. These kinds of pins are great for wearing! And the discount is great for your wallet lol.  

Shipping:

I am based in the US. At this time I will only be accepting US, Canada, and Australia orders, unless you are in a commitment pin group. If you are based international from locations other than these you will need to have a US address, that is the only way I can send it to you for now. 
Shipping will always be tracked. 

It will take anywhere from 7-10 business days for items to be shipped. I will only combine orders if the orders have not already been packed and labels haven't been printed - please contact within 24 hours to request a combination.

After your package has been dropped off at the post office/is received by a mail courier - I am no longer responsible for your package. I cannot control when or how long it will take for your package to be delivered or missing/stolen packages - please check your tracking to keep tabs on your package. 

Drops:

-Design drops: Only showing/previewing art for interest. 

-Group Formations: Usually for a series of pins - posts or stories(highlights) will contain information for group formations, groups are almost always commitment. Please do not ask me to join closed groups. Please conduct your own due diligence to read posts and highlights regarding the items you are interested in before reaching out. 

-PreOrder Drops: I will always try to give a couple weeks notice at the very least before dropping a preorder. Please check posts, stories, and highlights for info regarding preorder drops. 

-Drop Buddies: I will allow for drop buddies as along as there is no limit of pins per person listed on the item description. I will not refund a drop buddy simply because you were successful in obtaining the drop yourself. I am not responsible or liable for any deals or agreements made with a drop buddy -  please carefully consider who you decide to assist you.

-Swaps: No variant swapping. No grade swapping unless its for a higher grade (if available) or if you are purchasing an entire set. Please carefully read and consider what you are getting before checking out.
